On Saturday, 26 November 2011 an Open Day was held at the Southland Community Nursery, where several Pestbusters members were on hand to assist with pest-busting products and advice. Once again, a few new people signed up and product was sold.
On 6 November 2010 an Open Day was held at the Southland Community Nursery, and also for Pestbusters at 49 Bryson Road, where at 1.30 pm three rehabilitated kereru were released. On Saturday, 11th September 2010, 26 people attended a workshop at the Community Nursery. Tim Riding from ES talked about pests and how to control them.
